Mexican Crockpot Chicken

Put in crockpot:

2 chicken breasts (I used frozen)
1/2 jar of salsa (or fresh salsa...recipe to come!)
1 pkg taco seasoning
a little bit of water

Cook for 6-8 hours (I cooked for 7 hours on low with frozen chicken, and it was perfect!)



You end up with fall-apart-juicy chicken!  Use it in tacos, burritos, taco salad, or whatever your heart desires.  It lasts for DAYS, last time we made 4 meals out of it!
